you're healing! coloring sticker pack

$12.00

A Disobedient Goods & Apparel x Softcore Trauma Collab!

Taken from the memes created on @softcore_trauma, these coloring stickers are here to offer you affirmation and inspiration for reflection, and can serve as a tool for self-regulation in times of nervous system distress. Put them in your journal and use them as reflection prompts, color them in and place them around your apartment, or place them out in the world so that others can experience the healing power of these messages.

So many of the stories that we have been taught about healing, love, and care have been informed by capitalism and the medical industrial complex, and leave us feeling ashamed and alone. We're told that healing is something we do in isolation, that at some point we'll be FullyHealed™, that needing care from others is a sign of weakness, and that trauma is a hindrance to love. But these stories are woefully untrue. With these memes, I hoped to offer some transformational reframes that enable us to move towards interdependence and healing.

Product Description

Each sticker is printed on a 4"x6" semi-gloss thermal sticker paper. Pencils, crayons, pastels, acrylic pens/paint & permanent markers are most recommended for use with coloring stickers as they are slightly water resistant. Super inky or water based markers and pens are going to be the LEAST fun to work with unless you want to experiment with some ink-smearing and depth!
